Areas we serve
We take slab leak calls from the Village of Los Lunas and the unincorporated parts of Valencia County around it, all within ZIP 87031.
Houses here range from older village homes to recent subdivisions, and that range changes what a technician looks for. Each area page explains what's typical for the homes there.
Not sure which area you're in? It matters less than you might think. The age of your home and how it's built shape the job far more than the name of the neighbourhood, and we'll ask about both when you call.
Chapter 1
Los Lunas Village Center
The oldest part of town. Foundations vary from house to house, so the first step is often working out how the plumbing is laid out.
1970s–1990s neighbourhoodsEast Los Lunas
Streets of slab homes, many with copper running under the floor. This is where most slab leak calls come from.
Newer planned neighbourhoodsWest Los Lunas
More recent construction west of the river, often with PEX lines where fittings are the usual weak point.
Newer planned neighbourhoodsHuning Ranch
A large master-planned community on the west side, built in phases by several builders.
Manufactured homes & acreageMeadow Lake
An unincorporated community east of the village, where many homes aren't on a slab at all.
Live in a manufactured home or on acreage? Many of those homes aren't on a slab, so a leak under the floor needs a different approach. Call anyway and we'll tell you what fits.
Every call from the village and the surrounding county is handled the same way: a person listens, asks a few questions and connects you with a local technician who can explain your options.
Chapter 2
Don't see your street?
If you're anywhere in 87031, call and we'll confirm whether a technician can reach you.
